Volkswagen ID.R

During the last couple of months we have been working on the Volkswagen ID.R, Nordschleife / Nürburgring version. We worked closely with Volkswagen to try and achieve a result true to reality.

I took on a Lead role, giving feedback to the modellers together with my colleague, Erik. I was also responsible for setting up the scene in Maya, placing the driver, tweaking the animation and creating the texture for the driver's helmet and face. I also did some tweaking to the body textures together with Erik.

The Vokswagen ID.R is currently only available through the Time Attack competition, but will shortly be available for purchase as well.
